A visa is not required for a stay of up to 90 days. Traveler must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months beyond stay and a round-trip airline ticket. A visa may be required if trip purpose is other than basic business meetings.

A valid passport and missionary visa are required for travel to Macedonia.

Passport Requirements:
Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Macedonia, with at least one blank passport page available for Macedonian visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Macedonia visas.

Macedonia Visa Application Form:
One original Macedonian visa application form typed in CAPITAL letters, properly completed and signed, plus one copy. An improperly completed Macedonia visa application may delay the processing of your missionary visa.

Photo Requirements:
Three recent, identical, 2 x 2 passport photographs, in color, front view and with a plain/light background.

OR - you can upload a passport photo to the Global Service Order Form when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.

Other Forms:
Completed Application for issuing/extending a permit for temporary residence in the Republic of Macedonia Form 2, MoI-Work Permit

Official Invitation from Macedonia:
An official invitation/visa approval notification issued by the Macedonian Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP) and provided by host/sponsor in Macedonia.

Letter Of Invitation from Macedonia:
A letter of invitation or copy of contract from the organizer of your volunteer activity in Macedonia, explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel to Macedonia. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and host’s name and contact information.

Criminal Record:
Police report or good conduct record provided by local police department. It must include a statement that the applicant has never been convicted of a crime and that there are no outstanding warrants against the individual. Mandatory translation of the original copy into the Macedonian language by a court-appointed translator.

Medical Requirements:
Valid health/accidental/repatriation insurance with full international coverage. .Mandatory translation of the original copy into the Macedonian language by a court-appointed translator.

Financial Requirements:
Evidence of sufficient funds to support stay in Macedonia, such as most recent bank statement or pay stubs.

Global Service Order Form:
This is Travisa's service order form, where you will provide your contact and shipping information, choose the visa processing needed and make your payment. You must print the completed form and send it to Travisa with all other supporting documents.
